Introduction

Welcome to my website my name is Frantz Dorsainvil I am a guidance counselor at a public school district in Long Island New York. I hold multiple certifications from New York State:   N-6 certifications; K-12 certification guidance counseling; NYS certification School District Administration and School Building Administration. I am a candidate in the doctoral program at Dowling College.

As an agent of change my goals are: To  effectively lead a public school district by shifting the paradigm to implement change and  to become an instructor at a college or university, and consultant  to assist organizations in bringing changes which will lead to  success.
